Authorization is hereby granted to Atlas Invest to obtain a credit report through a credit reporting agency of its choosing. 

 

With this disclosure you hereby provide clear and conspicuous written instructions to Atlas Invest (on behalf of itself and its current and future affiliates, the “Company”), that a consumer report(s) may be obtained on you from a consumer reporting agency . These reports may contain information about your credit standing, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living. The reports may contain information about you relating to your criminal information or history, civil court records, credit history, driving and/or motor vehicle records, education or employment history, news media, social media, or other checks.

 

Authorization is further granted to the Company to use a photostatic reproduction of this authorization if necessary, to obtain any further related information. Any reproduction of this credit report authorization and release made by reliable means (photocopy or facsimile) is considered an original.

 

By providing this authorization, I understand that Atlas Invest may share this information with its affiliated lenders to facilitate the evaluation of my creditworthiness and loan application.
